2. Description of Service

PawChart is a digital platform that provides:

• Digital pet medical record management
• Veterinary teleconsultation booking and facilitation
• Pet vaccination and prescription tracking
• Digital pet ID cards with QR codes

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of PawChart. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Veterinarians must provide a valid license number during registration. PawChart reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Medical Disclaimer

PawChart is a communication and record-keeping platform, not a substitute for professional veterinary care. While we connect pet owners with licensed veterinarians, teleconsultations facilitated through PawChart are supplementary services. In case of emergency, please contact a local emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

PawChart does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for the medical decisions made by veterinarians or pet owners using the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information
• Use the platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The PawChart platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by PawChart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of PawChart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
